Safety Tips for Clients
Company Email
Verify that you are communicating with an authorized representative.
EastWest Freight LLC
emails will come from info@EastWestFreightllc.com
or another address ending in @EastWestfreightllc.com.
We do not work with partner or affiliated brokerage companies.
Insurance
Always verify that the trucking company being used to transport your freight has an updated and valid Certificate of Insurance with the brokerages name added as certificate holders to have the right to speak to the Insurance company.
Call Us
To confirm your load status and ensure your shipment is being handled properly, call, text, or leave a voicemail at our main company number.
Payments
Check payment methods directly with your Freight Broker or check your Shipper agreement or Load Confirmation to ensure funds are sent to the correct account/form to avoid shipments delays.
