Company Email

Always make sure you are communicating with one of our agents by verifying our company emails INFO@EASTWESTFREIGHTLLC.COM or any ending in @EASTWESTFREIGHTLLC.COM we do not work with any partnering brokerage companies at all.

Insurance

Always verify that the trucking company being used to transport your freight has an updated and valid Certificate of Insurance with the brokerages name added as certificate holders to have the right to speak to the Insurance company.

Payments

Always check your payment methods directly with your Freight Broker or check your Shipper agreement or Load Confirmation to make sure you are paying the correct account/form to avoid delays on shipments.
